I think this has been my busiest week in the entire month. Let me recall what i did: went for driving(FINALLY resuming after taking a hiatus of 8months!!), gave tuition(nothing new), school(though i have done zero revision for exams and i should start panicking), exam welfare pack collection(travelled to the ends of singapore for 2 whole fridays, and it was tiring!! :( ) , hall's open house(the committee sold island creamery and hotdog bread and the former was a hot fave! played 3on3 and won in the mixed category haha), met up with my parents for some really sumptious thai buffet(ive been eating more than usual and i dont know why im losing weight though i feel so fat and i think all the muscles i had turned into light visible fats thats why), met up and caught up with zes and qy at engine canteen, went supper with tor at hk cafe at an unearthly 2plus am, sent my computer to com centre because it had some virus..... and the rest were normal daily stuff.. Well, all these done in 5 days, must say it has been quite a fulfiling week!
Its april tomorrow and this means exams are drawing near. I promise ill start revision soon:)

I managed to drag my lazy arse out of the house for a jog with jan. And it was only merely 45mins that i started panting and gasping for air.oops. terrible. Anyway, we took a walk in the botanical gardens and i was surprised by the number of people having picnic there. There was like this HUGE open grass area for people to sit around and listen to the band play music. I should have taken my phone along then i would be able to take a picture of all that. I have never seen SO many people having picnic at the same area before! And there were many cute caucasian babies and well groomed dogs! I decided that ill bring trevor there next week so he can make more friends of his kind:)

its 350am and i got home an hour ago. The day has been a flurry of events. Lets see: Tor and i returned the van early in the morning and we had breakfast at macs before we left for hall and i went off to my tutee's place not too long later. I went home and met up with alison to go bugis and arab street for some quick shopping. Then i rushed off for dinner with my family to celebrate dad's belated birthday at long beach. Indeed an overdose of seafood again!The evening was well spent with key val and prisc and it has been really fun hanging out with them. We had so much laughter, gossips, photo whoring and it certainly made my night. Val has some seriously hilarious antics-the way she imitates stuff and talks about them just cracks me up!
haha..It was great chilling out at clarke quay at night especially after they revamped the place and the area is filled with pretty dazzling lights and pubs/clubs buzzing with activities; people chilling out and catching up, people moving about, people watching and stuff. Well, we settled down at clinic, made ourselves comfortable at some cosy seats and we began chatting, drinking our margaritas and watching the world go by. It just felt so good feeling so relaxed. The girls were definitely wonderful company:) ..Shall upload the photos once key send them over.
Anyway its running late now and im still wide awake. I cant seem to get to sleep. Maybe i have been thinking too much. I dont know. But these are thoughts that have been running through my mind. sigh! Perhaps i should just off the lights and get to sleeep. It's sunday..

so today was spent at church and out with mom at city hall area. We had lunch and shared this really delicious red bean dessert at HK cafe. Yums! A 60 bucks damage was done at zara but i was just so in love with the flora tube top that i couldnt resist the temptation! And it was also the last piece so that sort of confirmed my decision. yay yay and there were sales everywhere, including warehouse!! But dear mom was in a rush so we could only afford 2 hrs plus of shopping. I shall go back there with alison on saturday!

Just came home from shin's party and im so tired. But yay to the fact that tomorrow's sunday.

Anyway friendster sucks, i love face book.

i really dont like it when young girls act like they are dying to grow up, you can tell from the way they dress, apply thick make-up, basically whatever to make them appear older superficially. Its funny how desires become vice versa as you get older. Well, as for myself, I wish i could turn back time and return to (add your number)-teen years old. I dont want twenty-(add your number) With age comes wisdom, responsibility and basically all that adds more stress to life. I dont mind getting older but not that fast please so young boys and girls, do treasure your uniform days. I miss it so much:(

Yesterday was really fun!! the e2 + c3 + a few of us(and altogether, a headcount of 21!) came together and spent a few hours whipping up 21 dishes for shin to celebrate her 21st. There were all kinds of finger food and i helped to do stir fry 3 dishes. Cat even baked a yummy cheese cake for her and it was really impressive! So anyway daphne lured her out for movie in the evening(while we spent the time working our asses off at the kitchens)and only came back around 11ish but just in time to receive our surprise. Shin was pleasantly surprised by the neat spread of dishes laid before her and the 21 candles that spelt her name. We made her play twister along with yanfang and cindy and till a point they were all at some very awkward positions, they were made to play uno stacko! Anyway, the birthday girl was saboed as the loser and had to gulped down a pot of rose syrup drink in 21 seconds. Being her usual self, shin was game enough for it!

so many march babies this month, its ven's birthday today!
its shin's birthday tomorrow
and claire's birthday in 3 days time..
Well, ive been eating loads of junk its time i do some exercise, im a 49.5kg worth of lard now..so obese..
but anyway lets sidetrack for a while, i love childhood food like beebee and wangwang, cant stop munching on it!! its simply addictive.
Last week was a hell week, probably the worst week of my life. I dont think ive any more tears to shed for now. But im glad things are picking up and everything's starting to fall into place again, Thank you good lord. And thank you dear buddies for being there, for hearing me out, for buying me stuff to cheer me up, for the hugs, for the heart-heart talks, for all the love. You guys know who you're and i love yall.
Oh yes, Jialin, gillian and i had fun bathing yesterday; we were busy splashing water at each other from our cubicles, and to a point it got me jumping nakedly in an exasperation to create bigger and and more impactful splashes. Welll,we should have more of such bathing sessions frequently, it makes boring affairs exciting!! HAHA
alright, ive labour assignment due tomorrow to be done, byebye for now:)

down with 3 midterms, well 3 more to go!
i realised there are only 2 months of school left before we have our annual 3 months holidays. yayy i feel like travelling but i need to work too. There are so many march babies and all of them are turning 21! Happy birthday Ven, Abby, claire, Juan, nana and alison! several parties to look forward to and im anticipating neighbour alison's, and its really convenient because i do not need to travel. Getting home late at night can be quite a hassle; flagging the cab and all the midnight surcharge crap.
I think im very deprived of sleep, so much so that im having a bad headache and i feel nauseous. I have been sleeping at like 5,6am and waking up before 9am. And i know i cant sleep now because tuition's in an hour's time and if i doze off, thats it, i wont be able to wake up in time.
Head's still spinning and im leaving.


sigh
im uber stressed, drowning in the huge pile of workload im left to complete.
i want to go home.

you know, my room was invaded by another flying cockroach last night. And he just had to chose my room of all rooms. i think im the most humji one around when it comes to cockroachs, i mean can they get anymore disgusting? It simply spoils my entire night seeing the sight of one, but thanks to nehbud+barry who saved me from it and willingly accepted me into her room and we all studied till the wee hours of the morning(though half of the time was spent talking, eating junk and coming up with corny jokes). so fun!
ive 7 webcasts to watch in 3 days. 3.5 done-im halfway!! its really tiring watching webcast when the lecturer beats around the bush and you have to listen really hard to catch the main points. Its like combing a forest in search of a treasure you know. ha, what a weird analogy. But anyway, im back to my webcast. Hope to complete the rest of it today!
i love my neighbours namely zes, key and gill. I think they are significantly important presence to me in hall; for keeping me company, for always being there and hearing me out when things go wrong. For always coming to my room to make their presence felt and make me feel loved. :)

bought a cute tee from top shop. Its rather pricey but well, it was love at first sight..and the quality is way better than junkfood tees anyway, so why not.

this was such a steal..13 bucks from dorothy perkins..

all these grabbed within an hr plus or so of rush shopping. The circumstance of a shopping-deprived woman.

i feel so depressed..
the past week flew by and it has been a flurry of events, ups and downs and a rollercoast ride.
now im just looking ahead, hoping for a better week to come.
GAWD.
it doesnt help the fact that theres so much work to be done and so little time to complete them and its not like im doing anything about it:(

but mom's been nice, she got me a new laptop and a pretty phone..
it makes me feel bad for screwing up my microecons midterms..argh

talk about being helpless and hopeless.

anyway, i should stop procrastinating and get some work done.
